Banana Blossom Salads is a quick-service-restaurant with numerous locations across Australia, serving up delicious, made-to-order, Asian-inspired salads and rice bowls. Salads have copped a bad wrap on taste for too long. Banana Blossom reinvented the conventional side salad by combining Asian-inspired flavours with local, fresh ingredients, offering delicious and nourishing food.​

For over two years I have guided Banana Blossom through a rebrand process. Design work included both print and digital marketing collateral, including menus and signage for all shops, social media and advertising creative and the build and design of an on-brand website.
